News Item: they have selected the Committee who will decide the fate of SB1527 (the bill-to-kill the Cow Palace)

Tell all your friends - and everyone who loves Cows, ...and Father Christmas, ...and puppy dogs, ...and (figgy pudding?)...

Yes, it's time to write MORE letters.  This time to the 5 members of the Agricultural Committee (addresses, links, and sample letter on website)


If you have not forwarded a website link and call-to-action, to all your friends/family, please do it today! Especially if they live in other parts of California. This is a Statewide issue! Tell them it's all on the website: what to do, how to do it, even a printable flyer to hand out in the neighborhood or at events.

Political pressure is our only weapon:
-Letter writing is phase I - keep 'em coming!
-Showing up at future meetings/offices is phase II - stand by for
notification.
-Meetings will be happening with officials. They need to know people give a
moo before we walk in the door.  Write, call, email today.


Small victory:  WE generated enough media and community attention to get the San Mateo Board of Supervisors to pull a proposed resolution to support SB1527 (the bill-to-kill the Cow Palace) from their Agenda today!!


Reminder: the flower show starts tomorrow.  We need volunteers to hand out "snappy yellow flyers" (what is that in Latin) to the 50,000 attending thru Sunday. AM, PM 3 hour shifts. Please email info@savethecowpalace.com if you
