With the success we had with the Christmas Carol Movie premiere, we've
been invited to help promote the Dickens Fair again at two sneak
preview showings of "Young Victoria" being held in San Francisco
12/09 - 7:00pm @ Century 9 SF Centre, 865 Market Street, San Francisco
12/15 - 7:00pm @ Embarcadero Landmark Cinemas, 1 Embarcadero Center,
San Francisco
They would like us to arrive at 5:45 for a 6:00 start. There will be an
hour of meet and greet, and general Victorian gaiety shall be had by
all before the movie starts at 7:00PM. About 6:30 Queen Victoria
and Prince Albert shall arrive to do meet and greet as well.
I know that a 5:45 call time on a week day evening is tough for people
to make, so if you are available, your attendance will be super
appreciated. If anyone needs rides from mid-peninsula upwards
towards the city, I can arrange for a few people to carpool with myself.

If you are helping with the BPM party this coming Saturday evening,
please confirm with your directors today, so that they can add you to
their list and send the list to me. We need to get the list
together *today* so Jim Turner can buy his food supplies

Week Day Access

Access to the venue during the week is limited. Mondays and
Fridays (NOT Monday thru Friday), between 10am and 5pm are the only
times available for access. All other times, the building is
locked down for all of our security and safety, and no one will be
allowed in without making special arrangements.
