Dickens Christmas Fair 2007 November Missive #7 - Media This Weekend

A quick missive notice from Denise Lamott:


NBC Nightly News will be out with reporter Lee Cowen and a film crew all day on Sunday. They are doing a story on the legacy of Charles Dickens and  will be capturing lots of sights and sounds from the Fair.  The story will air on Christmas Eve on the NBC Nightly News.

KGO Radio will be out mid-day on Sunday to capture sound bites from the Fair, fair participants and fairgoers.  Please remember that if you are interviewed by KGO, you are representing the entire Fair.

Lastly, Univision (channel 14) is planning to come out this weekend for a live news segment on Sunday (possibly Saturday) from 6 to 6:30pm. Stanly Kramer has kindly volunteered to act as out Spanish-speaking Fair spokesperson.

Unless you have been notified, your specific participation is not needed for these media outlets, but there is a chance that you may be captured on film or tape so stay in character, keep positive and have a lot of fun!
