Dickens Christmas Fair 2007 November Missive #4 - Promotions

Your regular missive will be forthcoming shortly, but first, here are some great promotional things for you to know about. Especially note that "Inside City Limits" will be filing on opening day (the same nice folks who filmed at workshops last year) and NBC Nightly News will be filming on December 2nd!

PUBLICITY HIGHLIGHTS:

In addition to being named a “Best Bet” by the Chronicle, a “Do” by Daily Candy Kids and highlighted in scores of calendar listings and upcoming articles, get set for the following:

• Set your VCR’s…In support of the “One Warm Coat” charity drive, Father Christmas will be appearing live on KTVU channel 2 on Friday morning at 10:30AM at Santana Row in San Jose.
• Make sure the paint is dry and your hat is on…Inside City Limits, a half hour arts & entertainment program on Comcast cable, will be filming opening day!  Premiering on Wednesday at 9 PM, the program replays on Thursdays at 8 PM as well as Friday and Saturday at 6:30 PM
• “Was that Brian Williams?”…the news anchor himself may not make the trip from Chicago but his film crew will!  Proof positive that we are the epitome of Christmas, NBC Nightly News will be onsite filming a segment on Charles Dickens and the meaning of Christmas all day Sunday, December 2!
• Before you see her in French Postcards, look for Jan Wahl and our “Christmas Keepers” live on KRON4 Morning News Saturday, December 8.
