Denizens of Victorian London Rise Up!

Put on your futuristic modern guise - make ready the time machine! Cut and paste, attach with haste, and wistfully press "Return".

In other words, spread the e-word.  Post, forward, Twitter, Blog, recommend, and eblast the following concise statement that really says it all AND check http://www.dickensfair.com/media.htm for ALL the current media info, photos, color map etc.

Remember to pick up some more of the beautiful color door hangers this coming weekend.  Please plan to take at least 100 and take a walk or two in your neighborhood or selected areas. Remind everyone that this is a very cost effective way to celebrate the holidays... where else can you get all this entertainment for one low price?

Thank you!!!

VISIT LONDON IN SAN FRANCISCO! http://www.dickensfair.com

Come celebrate the 30th annual Great Dickens Christmas Fair, the only event of its kind in the world! 100,000 square feet of Cow Palace Exhibition halls are magically transformed into the winding lanes, the shops, the theatres, the pubs, of Victorian London. Over 600 costumed characters from the imagination and times of Charles Dickens will have you laughing, singing, dancing, and cheering. Enticing aromas of roasted chestnuts and hearty foods fill the air. Cries of street vendors hawking their wares ring out above the bustling crowd. Lamp lit shops are filled to overflowing with Christmas treasures. It's enough to melt even Scrooge's icy heart.

Opens Thanksgiving Friday, November 28th (for the best selection of handmade gifts) and runs Saturdays and Sundays through December 21.

BART riders will get $5 off adult tickets if they show their BART ticket at the box office, and there will be a free continuous shuttle every day of the Fair from the Glen Park Station between 11:15 and 7:15.

Visit http://www.dickensfair.com to see the fabulous NEW photo gallery and a birds eye view map of Victorian London from the pen of acclaimed artist Don Carson!  Then purchase discount tickets online and plan your ever-so affordable trip to old London town!
