Book
Characters Still Needed
Auditions continue this weekend for both
Tiny Tim and
Oliver Twist. If you know any young
gentlemen who might be interested and appropriate for these characters,
please email Robert Young at robert@redbarnproductions.org to make an
audition appointment
We are also still looking for a few key characters not mentioned in the
last missive:
August Snodgrass is Mr Pickwick’s ward, a dreamy poetic young man who
fancies himself a poet, even
though he’s never actually written anything.
Tracy Tupman is a rotund middle-aged member of the Pickwick Club. He’s
noted for being highly enamoured
of the ladies, in a gentle and romantic way rather than lecherously.
Workshop
Teacher Needs a Ride
(from Hilary Ayer)
I need to get to Pacifica from Hayward on Saturday and Sunday, to teach
workshops and back. I do have to be there at opening. On Saturday I
only teach 1 class in the morning, on Sunday I also teach in the
afternoon. I can stay as late as the driver's needs require. Is there
anyone or a group of someones who can get me there to teach Vic Speak
and How do I Know You?
Please contact me at hilary@fezziwigs.org, thank you in advance.
How Well
Do You Know Your
Dickens?
Rydell forwards the following fun test:

Macbeth
needs Men!
That's right, Shakespeare's dark and brooding tragedy is looking for a
few Dark and Brooding men who can act, or merely want to , and would
like the opportunity to strut and fret their forty minutes upon the
stage, and possibly swing enormous broadswords in the name of High
Culture and Art!
Holly Tree

Don't forget to log into the yahoo group for the Holly Tree Club and
take this weeks poll!
